Where do you ship from?
- All orders are shipped from the Cincinnati, Ohio, USA.

How long does shipping take?
- For in season product: fulfillment takes 1-2 days.
- For new drop: please allow 1-2 weeks for fulfillment due to custom & new tariff policy, but we do ship out immediately soon as we get the products in hand.

Returns & Exchanges:

What is your return/exchange policy?
- All sales are final, however, we offer FREE exchange within 7 days of delivery.

How do I start an exchange?
- Please reach out at fromthesidewalkstudio@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Product & Fit:

Are your products pre-made?
- Yes. We don't do pre-order.

How does your sizing run?
- Our garments are designed with an intentional fit. Please refer to the size guide on each product page.

Where are your products made?
- All offerings are crafted in small batches by independent local manufacturers in Sài Gòn, Việt Nam.

How should I care for my garment?
- Always cold wash and air dry.
